As I said last semester, this my friends is my last semester and this is my very last View From Here, until elections are held and my predecessor takes office. This being said, I hope all of you got out to the polls on “Super Tuesday.” I don’t care who you voted for, I don’t care how you voted on the props whether it was yay! or nay! I just care that you got your butt up off the sofa and took a little time out of your day to go vote. Because it’s your prerogative as an American to do it, it’s a right and it’s a privilege and it’s a duty, a duty that causes changes and affects our country for better or worse. Now if you didn’t vote I only have one request for you, shut up. Just shut up. You do not have the right to complain about the way things are being run, if you didn’t go out and vote. How can you say that taxes upset you, laws that are being passed upset you, or the big one; that the president pisses you off. You have no right in my eyes to complain about these things if you did not vote. Even if you voted for something that you are later regretting, you did vote, you can regret, you can complain, you can learn from your voting mistakes and improve your choices for the next election. Because after all you did vote and that is what matters, no matter what you stand for and what you believe you still made your voice heard. As for you fools out there who say my vote doesn’t matter, there are so many voters that it will just get washed away. That is a sea of lies and appalls me to the core. Not too long ago there was a vote in Pacifica about whether or not to build in the cowry it was a 51% to 49% vote, so those of you who say my vote doesn’t matter need to wake up and pay attention. I didn’t mean to be such an ass in my last installment, but I felt the need to wake you guys up a little. It’s something that is important to me and should be important to all Americans. I don’t care where you political beliefs lay; I just want you to vote. So don’t be a loser and get out there and vote if you can.
