The Trojans played a tough, but disappointing game against Chabot on Oct. 17, resulting in a 2-1 loss.
The first half was exceptionally hard for Skyline, as they were playing against the wind. This allowed Chabot to take many shots at the goal, and they eventually scored first. By the end of the first half, the game was tied.
Both teams played aggressively and the referees did not let anything slide. In the end, Skyline did not pull their game together.
Disappointed in his team’s performance, Coach Danny Link had said, “If you don’t come to play, you don’t deserve to win.”
