Marques Benjamin is the point gaurd for Skyline’s basketball team. He is a first time Skyline student and this is his first year as a Trojan, but he’s been playing basketball his whole life.
Benjamin is leading the conference in assists and is a strong team leader. Coach Justin Piergrossi is happy with the strong abilities Benjamin has shown.
“Marques has really played well. He runs the team well,” Piergrossi said. “He has had the best games of his season and career the last couple of weeks. He’s well-rounded and good in all areas.
