Goalkeeper for the women’s soccer team, Rocio Samayoa has already had four shutouts this season. Samayoa, a second-year Skyline College student, says her goal is to beat her record of eight shutouts last year. But, she says the team winning is more important to her than shutouts. Coach Kevin Corsiglia praises Rocio highly for her ability. “If there is anybody, I think she deserves recognition,” Corsiglia said. ” She had two [shutouts] last week against two big teams… both big games for us.”
