Sad news has come Skyline College’s way, as student Elene Karkazis, 21, was killed in a car accident on Jan. 24.According to the King City CHP, the car was traveling northbound on US-101, when the driver let the car drift partially into the left dirt median. The driver then swerved to the right, causing the car to roll. Karkazis, who was sitting in the rear left of the car, was ejected during the rollover. Karkazis is survived by Kathy and Lefty Karkazis, her parents, and her brother Sean.
