Skyline students rejoice after Giants win
Immediately after the Giants won game 7 in the World Series on Oct. 29, Skyline campus was alive.
Vanessa Mendieta, Dental Hygiene major, watched the game in the Cafeteria on campus.
“I kinda missed my class because I wanted to see the beginning of the game.” Mendieta said.”After this we’re gonna go to the city. I’m going to meet up with my friends.”
Louis Guillen, proud San Francisco native and engineering major was able to watch the game from his phone during his History class.
“I had a class, I probably came in about half an hour late. I’m sorry but it’s the world series!” Guillen said. “As soon as we saw fireworks my teacher was like you know what, go have fun.”

“[Tonight] we’re getting our friends, meeting up.” Yabot said. “and yelling.” another friend chimed in.
