Skyline College was closed down as ordered by College President Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud as of 4 p.m., March 22, 2013, due to an suspicious package found in building seven. More information will be posted here when available.

A bomb threat was called in at Skyline College around 3:20 p.m. A suspicious package was reported in building seven. Building seven was then evacuated. Skyline College’s campus is currently closed off. Students and faculty are being requested to leave campus. Skyline College Public Safety Office was unavailable to talk.
Update: 3/22/2013 5:40 p.m.
San Bruno Police and a bomb squad are on campus. The campus will be closed for the rest of the day and will reopen tomorrow.
Update 3/22/2013 6:01 p.m.
According to an email from Cherie M. Napier, Director of Marketing and Public Relations of Skyline College, to the Skyline faculty, the campus is ‘secured and the package has been removed.’ The package has been cleared as not dangerous. Classes will resume on Saturday 23.
The timing of the bomb threat was called has been changed from 3:30 p.m. to 3:20 p.m. as we have developed more accurate information when it happened. 3/22/2013 8:13 p.m.
