A Pacifica cab driver was allegedly stabbed and carjacked by a passenger on West Manor and Esplanade on March 16, according to a Pacifica police press release.
The suspect, 21-year-old Pacifica resident Amanda Aldeguer, allegedly stabbed the Serra Yellow Cab driver in Pacifica, then drove away in the taxi. She was later apprehended by police near Kaiser Medical Center in South San Francisco. She was booked for Attempted Murder and Carjacking and is currently being held on a No Bail hold.
The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
