Students Respond to Text Alert on Friday March 22, 2013, Skyline College student were given a text alert saying that the school is closed and everyone must leave immediately.
The cause of the alert was for the suspicious package that was found in Building 7. Thankfully, the package was harmless and the school was cleared to resume the next day.
The Skyline View decide to see if students actually received the text and how it benefited them. What we found was more interesting than the alert itself. Story and voice over by Alana VanZanten and edited by Rommel Conclara.
